Water or wastewater emergencies may be reported to Oxford County at 519-539-9800 during working hours or 1-866-537-7778 (toll free) after hours.

Hydro emergencies in the Erie Thames Power service areas:  519-485-1820 or toll free at 1-877-850-3128 (24 hours).  

Hydro emergencies in the Hydro One service areas:  1-800-434-1235 (24 hours).

To report road hazards after hours call the O.P.P. at 1-888-310-1122.

For spills involving manure, oil, fuel, etc., Please contact:  Ministry of the Environment Spills Action Centre at 1-800-268-6060 - 24 hours
