NOTICE OF MEETING CANCELLATION Please note that the June 5, 2024 meeting of the Council of the Township of Zorra has been cancelled. The June 19, 2024 meeting start time has been changed to 9:30 a.m. As always, our meeting are open to the public and available to view live on our YouTube channel. The agenda will be posted no later than the Friday prior to the meeting date.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING - Development Charges On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, the Council of the Township of Zorra will hold a public meeting, pursuant to section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, as amended, to present and obtain public input on the municipality’s proposed development charges (D.C.) by-law and underlying background study. All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Meeting of Council and any person who attends the meeting may make representations relating to the proposed D.C. by-law and background study. The meeting is to be held: Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. Council Chambers, 274620 27th Line In order that sufficient information is made available to the public, the background study has been made available online at the municipality’s website www.zorra.ca. Copies of the proposed D.C. by-law and the background study are also available from the Municipal Clerk at the above location or call 519-485-2490, extension 7228. Interested persons may express their comments at the public meeting or in writing, addressed to the Municipal Clerk, at the above address prior to May 8, 2024.
