The Township of Zorra 2023-2026 Strategic Plan
Every four years, the Township of Zorra prepares a Strategic Plan that identifies the shared vision, mission and priorities that will guide the Township's next four years. The Strategic Plan reflects the needs and expectations of the community, and drives decision-making through the long-range capital Budgeting process.
The 2023-2026 Strategic Plan builds on the foundations of the previous Strategic Plan, recognizing our current context; while many of the priorities in the current Strategic Plan are still relevant, the world is very different place now that it was in 2019. With a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on data-driven decision-making, the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan reflects all the services the Township provides and upholds commitments to equity and inclusion, fiscal stewardship and sustainability. Thanks to all residents who provided input on this plan, through attending public open houses and/or sending feedback by email.

The 2018-2022 Strategic Plan has been finalized and is available for viewing below. Thank you to everyone who submitted comments and attended Public Open Houses to provide input on this plan. Open houses were held in Embro and Thamesford in July 2019.
