BDM Speaker Series - Stone Houses

False

Event Details

The Beachville District Museum Speaker Series returns next week with a fascinating look at part of Oxford County’s rural architectural heritage.
Carol Bossenberry, Program and Education Coordinator for the Oxford County Branch of Ontario Ancestors, will share Karen Armstrong’s research on the The Stone Houses of J.T. Crellin in Zorra Township.
These farmhouses, built by the skilled stonemason John Thompson Crellin, are a unique feature of our rural landscape.
After the presentation, enjoy a Q&A session and savour light refreshments provided by the Beachville District Historical Society.
This event is free, with donations welcome to support our programming. No registration is required, but seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
