Yoga classes are run by certified instructors who will tailor each session to your unique needs and fitness level. All abilities welcome!

Embro-Zorra Community Centre

Mondays 7-8pm

Thursdays 9:30-10:30am

Parent & Tot Yoga Thursdays 10:30-11:30am

Excluding Statutory holidays

Youth (4-17) and Seniors (60+) $4.25 each

Adults $6.00 each
