The Nomination Period for the 2022 municipal election opens on Monday, May 2, 2022. Nomination Day, the deadline to file a nomination, is on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.

Postal Disruption Notice

Canada Post mail service to and from the Township of Zorra may be interrupted due to the postal disruption. For time-sensitive documents, there is a 24-hour mail slot outside of the Zorra Municipal Centre located at 163 Brock Street in Thamesford. 

A regular instalment of taxes is due on October 31, 2025. Property owners are responsible for ensuring payments are received at our office by the due date in order to avoid a penalty. Please visit our Finance page for payment options.
